Pochettino: the Ed Miliband of management

Boring. Uninspiring. Weak. No plan B. The football is basically as bad as AVB, but without the good away results. And no, beating Hull City at home does not change any of this.

A total failure to motivate the players. The players lack of effort reflects very poorly on Poch's managerial competence. Be in no doubt that some of these players are absolute dikks. I said a while ago that some of them clearly have nothing but contempt for the supporters who pay their wages. I said this because I started to notice there were a few who could not be trusted to give 100%. When the team went behind their heads dropped. They could not be bothered to fight. It was too much hard work. I was slated for saying this, but once again I was right, and this attitude seems of now infected some extra players.

The truly worrying thing is that even the dumbest footballers know that by not giving 100%, it reflects terribly on the managers record. I can only infer the players do not respect him enough to care anymore. I note that earlier this week Poch started talking tough to the media about how "no one player is safe at the club"etc. Too little, too late I am afraid. If the players don't respect him he has already lost the dressing room. To repeat, he has now lost the dressing room.

What has been the point of Spurs this season?

Where are we going? Was it another transition season? Seems as though every season since Redknapp got the boot has been a transition season. Apart from one or two individuals improving, such as Kane, what part of this season can we look back and say we truly made any progress at all?

Take the defense for example. We have brought in reinforcements in this area, namely Fazio, Dier and Davies. The result? We have conceded as many goals as Burnley, who were relegated last weekend.

This is a footballing disgrace. How does Poch get away with this?

Forget transition season. We wish it was a transition season. We have regressed this season and gone backwards.
