I could just be money, but I'm always concerned when a player opts to go to a lower division. PD claims he had shaken hands on a deal to keep Benno - another case of his lack of judgment? Pompey scored fewer goals than the Rovers in the season, so may be Benno thinks he can be a real star.
I suppose Harry F may think he now can get more regular starts!

I have been looking on the rovers Facebook page Lanza and the stick that Bennett has received is shocking in my opinion.

He obviously feels that in the two years we have had with Dickov, is not one in which matches his ambition or should I say game time and being the number one.

Ps just to add off rovers topic slightly, Carlisle are in the process of being taken over by a billionaire now that would be good to see them trying to climb the leagues as with their catchment area could easily pull in 20 to 30,000 fans.

Is it really likely that a man in which the fans have little confidence is really respected by his playing squad?

We are already weakened. Past form suggests that he'll struggle to even replace these two, let alone find the reinforcements he needs to rise above the 2014-15 performance.

That is a little cynical, but "oldies" sometimes have a higher opinion of themselves than the market - e.g.: Wellens.

As I said in an earlier post, I do not like it when a player opts to go to a lower league when he is an almost regular starter. Dickoff's man-mangement is really once more in question.

We have lost two good players in Furman and Benno, I'm totally convinced Dickoff does not have a clue.

I'll still believe we will make the top two next year, but may be I'm drinking too much good Oregon wine!

I dread to think what will happen next season with the 3 ( incert your own words ) running the club. Just look what's happening with the Dons since they came under the "club Doncaster" banner.
If DickOff lasts the season it's going to be a long hard slog trying to avoid relegation. Hopefully he'll be gone before end of October, as I have no faith whatsoever in him or the board.

I could not agree more. I first watched the Rovers just short of my fifth birthday in 1950, and although I've seen so many ups and downs, this is the most frustrating time because I do not think PD has a clue of what it takes to manage men. He was a pretty good striker, but what do we have up front?

Rovers blood is in my veins for ever, and so I'll never give up hope.

Please, PD, prove me wrong - maybe Main will become the stricker of League One!
