Hello all.
Just been looking at our squad and lamenting Wenger's inability/refusal to rotate players as well as play them in their correct positions (Ramsay on the wing grrrr). This got me thinking (and bear with me as I am straying into FM/FIFA realms here) but, could a team have two separate squads and rotate them game by game? Granted, you may need to interchange players for some games to nullify specific threats etc, but it could allow for all players to remain match fit as well as create great understandings between certain sets of players.
For example with us with our current squad:
Szc
Bellerin mert, Kos, Monreal
Coq Ramsay
Ox Ozil Sanchez
New striker
Ospina
Debuchy Chambers Gabriel Gibbs
new dm Wilshere
Walcott Santi Rosicky
Giroud
I would expect that those team would be capable of getting wins against 12 of the 20 teams in the league and then make necessary adjustments for giving us a shot versus the others. But we would reduce the risk of fatigue and injuries related to that. And, playing with the same players on a regular basis, would allow greater understanding. So almost 2 teams in one .
What do you think?
