If AW just had spend a decent amount of money when we had players like fabregas, nasri,flamini then not only would we have won something we would have kept our better players.

However now no player of quality is going to want to come to us unless we act like city and chelsea and spend big on wages which is exactly what the board/wenger wanted to avoid.
