RENFORD (rejects) Athletic

So I had an idea for fun save in fm15.

We all talk about young players who wouldn't make it or havnt made it at chelsea and other clubs etc

So I wanted to create a team on fm15 that would accommodate this pool of wasted talent and potential.

Back story to this is:
A rich benefactor wanted to get into football team ownership but wanted to create something long lasting. Using his power and money he managed to create a team and a stadium in London and buy a place in the vanarama South devision. He also made sure that the youth and training facilities were top of the line to ensure new talent could be harvested to give youngsters a fair chance of making it.

This being said I wanted to build a team around some current and not so current youngsters who never made it. Or won't make it Obviously any team that has this sort of level would still walk the league but the main focus is on the future using academy players only.

So guys lets have it, build me a side with youngsters who for whatever reason are struggling or gone of the boil.
I'm going to have one player who I am going to add straight away and that's josh mcheachran
