Yes, he means Ramsey to the club with the transfer ban.

Wilshere won't leave. Wenger has stressed the importance of having players that came from within the club.

Im almost 100% sure wilshere will stay, especially considering how well he's played since his return. Only 2 i could possibly see leaving that we would want to leep are walcott, because of his contract and cazorla due to his age mainly but also his is a position we are well stocked. With the squad quota rules it just makes no sense to sell any good home grown players really
