Same old recylcled

WWE are at their worst right now and have been for the last 5-6 years. The only show worth watching is NXT otherwise screw the rest. Crap storylines, unnecessary botching, lack of realism, stupid characters, boring faces. Everything just sucks as far as I'm concerned. WWE sucks and Vince needs to step down.

Problem is, wwe are suffering from the reality of reality. They peaked in an era where everything was in your face. Now when society is used to that, they want something more. So enter the world of MMA, which gives ppl that real, in your face entertainment.

The E needs to go back to basics and offer up more traditional character roles, clearer lines of wrestler progression and storylines which do not reflect the real world and its follys.

As for in ring, the time imo, is now for them to push high flyers.

What kind of characters and storylines do you mean, exactly? Like an example

Lets take Cena for example, they are using him to elevate a title, as opposed to having a title elevate a wrestler. More so the US title , represents nothing and is an illogical offshoot the IC title.

The E should never have let itself get into a position where it needs to have its stars validate belts. The belts were always stable and they allowed storylines to be built around them. Why do you think the changing of hands is met with such apathy?

Traditional story telling requires the narrative to have a clear understanding of 3 character types. Good, bad and ugly.

Good - Rock

Bad - Kane

Ugly -Austin 3:16 (ugly as in he represents the anti hero, which is a conflicting force on the viewer)

Nowadays who do we have that can provide this? Its not a vs attitude era rant, but an example of how right something can go, when done properly.
