The time has come, the worst thing probably for you arsenal fans is that us chelsea fans and other football fans generally feel sorry for you , I felt kinda sad when even the united team felt sorry for your team.

blue revolution

wenger has done so much for arsenal.
he deserves respect for the fans and the board.
If he resigned, it may be different, but sacked?
definitely not

I'm normally a devout Arsene supporter but after a result like today's it's understandably hard for even me to deny that he maybe should be on the way out.

In the short term I think Ancelotti would be a good shout, though in the long run I'd prefer to see a more committed manager come in - one who doesn't have a history of leaving clubs after one or two seasons, although admittedly Ancelotti was at AC Milan for a while. David Moyes could be a good choice as his style is similar to Wenger's but I also think he's be happy to have more financial freedom than at Everton. Jurgen Klopp would also be interesting, but like Pep Guardiola (another suitable candidate) it might be difficult to prise him from his current job.

In the immediate future though I don't think Wenger should be sacked, at least not based solely on today-s result -what other manger could have taken that squad to Old Trafford and got anything less than a drubbing? If Arsene did go I think form might still drop for a while due to losing someone who has had such a huge involvement in the building of the club to where it is today, and due to having such a shakeup of the regimes that presumably have been in place for years when a new manager comes in.

That's true, but we are not one of the Rich 3 - that's a major part of the problem as we cannot compete for the top players.
