Ings will imo outperform. ..

...our current strikers bar sturridge, plus I expect him to outscore rvp, welbeck, soldado, dzeko, benteke and giroud. In fact all those rivals questioning his aquasition could look rather silly come the new season.

Even if he isnt scoring he works his socks of, he harasses and puts his foot in, in my book hes already an upgrade on what we have. I personally reckon he will become a fans favourite.

If he plays as a regular player then it wouldn't surprise me to see him get 15 goals, maybe more...depends on sturridge fitness. So snigger, raise your eyebrows because lfc are stronger WITH Ings.

The reason for this optimistic outlook is he comes to lfc as a player wanting to prove himself, he knows lfc is a massive club and from what I have read of him since joining he feels thi is a great move, in short I would wager his first outing he puts more effort in the balos entire seasons effort!

Im fully behind you danny....

He was the one to bring in Suarez, the player who fired them to second and also Henderson who is the next club captain.

He didn't make as many bad signings as Rodgers
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But you must remember that they didnt all necessarily appear to be good signings until rodgers became coach and got more out of them. Henderson in particular did not have a brilliant time under KD, and the Suarez brilliant season was under Rodgers.

Arouna defending Kenny.........whats the world coming to?

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I have always respected Kenny as one of the best players I have seen along with being a top manager.

There was only a few weeks between Kenny getting the job and Suarez signing.

Not sure you could give him much credit for that one, especially as supposedly Rafa and Hodgson had been keeping tabs on Suarez. More a club signing if anything, especially as Dalglish was only appointed initially as a caretaker.

Henderson was crap under Kenny and a poor transfer at the time as well. He improved under Rodgers.

Ok, sweetheart, as you're clearly not going to fck off and stop being a cntu, i'll give you a few.

1) If they paid competitive wages and thus attracted better players than the tripe we're being palmed off with.
2) If they scrapped using the ludicrous moneybollocks system that has failed both here and with the RedSox.
3) If they employed top coaches rather than gambling on cheap unproven blaggers like Rodgers.
4) If they focussed their attention on the club rather than treating it like an annoying side-issue.
5) If they stopped pricing genuine fans out of the club and thus killing the atmosphere inside the stadium, which indirectly affects player's performance.

The FSG apologists sticking their fingers in their ears and chanting "lalalalalala" - depressing that you lot have so little respect for the club.

That's the way to do it shorty! Instead of trying to further debate the points you made, just try to discredit the people who disagree with you.

The Suarez deal was already in the works before Kenny joined.

Bellamy was a good bit if business from him, no brainer, on a free and wanted to join Liverpool but still a good signing and Henderson worked out okay, but I would give Rodgers the edge over him in terms of transfers, they were a bit shocking under Kenny.

I think Kenny's transfer record compares very favourably against Rodgers'.
Rodgers has signed one or two gems, e.g. Sturridge, Coutinho, but most have been shockingly poor.

If you don't class Kenny as a Suarez signing then who were his gems?

Henderson and Bellamy probably... Jose Enrique did okay for a bit, Carroll was a complete disaster and Downing was a waste as well. Maybe it just comes to personal opinion but I do think Rodgers has the edge.
