A work colleague of mine coached Gomez when he was a kid at Charlton and has been banging on about him for years. He reckons he's, and I quote, "absolute mustard". Apparently he's dedicated, focussed and lightning quick. As long as Rodgers doesn't misuse him as badly as he as others, we've got a potential future England regular on our hands
