Worse than Daily Mail sources? I remember a time when Sky would only publish things worth reading as it would be crediable.
I can't remember the last time they got a transfer rumour right.

Sky Sports changed their policy last year because market research showed that a higher percentage of their viewing audience wanted them to report on ALL transfer rumours. That's why they reformatted transfer deadline day.

Its a good point VC - they have slipped terribly. I'd rather have 3 stories that have genuine weight to them than 20 stories full of BS.
...............
Me too. Sadly we are a minority now.

"Luke Shaw appears to have dropped a hint on the future of former Southampton team-mate Morgan Schneiderlin.
Shaw took to Twitter to hit 'favourite' on a Tweet that linked the Frenchman with Manchester United ahead of Arsenal. We know this is clutching at straws quite a bit (or rather a lot) but Shaw later undid the 'favourite' after it was picked up by eagle-eyed users on the site.
It likely just means that Shaw would welcome a former team-mate at his new club."
They get paid good money for this dross.

Where has the news even come from that we're now ahead of Arsenal in the race to sign him? Has there even been a bid from us or Arsenal? Any comments by either club, or Southampton?
Not really followed the rumours closely.
Would be a perfect long term CM signing though and I do hope it happens.

I don't know how reliable the Express are, but they've said we've had a bid accepted.

Doesn't seem to offer much in the way of a definitive answer, hopefully something official comes out over the coming days.
July should be when things start to kick off properly!
