I'm trying to cut back on my bread intake (I wanted to cut it out full-stop but I'm too weak). I was wondering is there two things in your lives that you would struggle to do without? I don't mean séx or football or anything major,just small things like chocolate or crisps. Mine is bread and tea. I've no intention of limiting my consumption of tea, as I know it's good for me,but I miss bread big time,I feel like I've got nowt to eat.

Pizza for sure, eat at least 2 a week. And Fanta exotic, it's like the only non alcoholic drink I drink.

I'm back to eating bread but not as much,it's a bástard trying not to eat crap when there's kids in the house. They have good diets,but I let them have treats. We do our main shop on a Friday,I've eating all the shïte by the Sunday.

Bread<yuck> I don't even have any wheat cravings anymore. The first week was terribly hard going cold turkey though!! Now I only have one cheat meal per week which isn't even that bad really.
