Is Byram good? Can't say I've ever seen him play, head someone mention he's injury prone but not sure how true that is

I get excited when we sign up-and-coming players from lower leagues,more so then when we sign the likes of Lukaku. I can't see us paying £5m+ for a RB and still keeping Coleman tho. I'm torn somewhat here;would our squad be stronger if we sold Coleman for £20m+? I think it would,but I'll be gutted to lose Seamus. He's just like Baines,he doesn't make any ripples he just gets on with his job. I'd rather sell Lukaku than Coleman.
