Great news if true. He has been patient and deserves a chance ad our no 1 CF next season. I hope we bring in a wide forward though.

Agree with both
I would love Lacazette though since he can play as wide forward as well as central striker. Would love someone like Griezmann alternatively.

Practically, maybe we see more of Akpom next year

Walcott can play wide forward better than anyone in the league.

In big big games he is the only one I trust to deliver. Don't think I can say the same for Giroud or Welbeck

Yeah but Theo and Alexis on both wings isn't so ideal which Wenger acknowledges both don't retain the ball well enough.

If Theo plays I think we'll use a CM out wide and if Giroud plays maybe Ox/Welbz come in I think we need a top ST to avoid playing Giroud as main man tbh
