Sane,
I know you want to defend West Ham but sometimes you just have to let Maf die by the sword he lives by.
It is Maf who always tries to outdo Spurs with West Ham stats but sometimes you just have to accept that Spurs will always have the trump card in whatever subject it might be.
Arsenal fans, on the whole, have the trump card on us - I accept that - and it’s about time Maf accepted it, or you accept it on his behalf instead of trying to defend the indefensible.
You're a good poster - don’t get dragged down....

Chicken
I will defend Mafia when he's right about something, it happens on occasion, stopped clock telling the correct time twice a day kind of thing.
Also I accept Spurs have won more trophies then the Hammers etc.
I simply don't accept the stated view of some posters that it is in some way inevitably that West Ham can never progress. While not thinking for a moment that our impending move will suddenly turn us into a top 4 club I do think it greatly increases our potential to improve.
