Debt

Please somebody correct me if i a wrong, however under the FFP rules can our billonaire owners pay off the debt on the stadium with out affecting the FFP rules. Arent they allowed to pay as much as they want into infastructure?

This would free up further transfer funds for Wenger to strenthen the squad (if he choices to use it) and get us competing again.

well the rules dont kick in until next season, so they should do it now.
