I will discuss the best 11 for next season should we not make any more signings this window.
For me this is how I would go
Lloris
Trippier
Vertonghen
Dier
Rose
Bentaleb
Alli
Eriksen
Lamela
Kane
Chadli
For me the definite picks of that team are Lloris , Vertonghen , Rose , Bentaleb , Eriksen, Chadli and Kane .
For me at right back I would go for Trippier.
To Partner Jan I would probably choose Dier , he's been brilliant at times this season, he's definitely got potential however this is a position I feel we need a quality signing.
From what I know of a 4-3-3 , you basically have one player protecting the defence allowing the other two in the midfield trio to get further forward and create chances and support forward three for me Bentaleb has already proved he has the ability to do this and the fact he is only 20 is a really exciting prospect. For me Eriksen is also a no brainer as the most advanced midfielder, at times he can be quiet , but when he is at his peak he is a passing genius and has a very good shot on him as well, all he needs to do is bring his A game all the time. For me the final spot is between Dembele , Capoue ,Mason , Stambouli and Alli. I know many on here will disagree with me but I feel we should go with Alli in this position.
Lets look at the other alternatives who have all had their chances:
Dembele --> came in with high expectations but he has failed to deliver. He can glide past defenders so easily but what's the point if you can't shoot or pull of a decent pass when you are in a good position 95% of the time
Capoue and Stambouli --> Had their chances and Failed Spectacularly
Mason --> He had a long run in 1st XI this year and has by no means failed but neither has he excelled. He is passionate, hard-working and dearly cares about the club, he is reasonably good 6/10 player but he does not excel particularly at anything.
For me none of these four have excelled at their time at Tottenham so why should they be given a starting place. It's a similar situation to Kane - Ade and Soldado were not performing Poch could of decided to keep on trying with the experienced stars who were not delivering or give a chance to a young talented 21 year old with limited EPL experience. He chose young talent and we have never regretted it. I personally hate it when fans say that a players too young or inexperienced , if he's got the talent and there's nobody in the squad better than him then why not give him the chance.
Having just turning 19 he was MK Dons stand out player last season with 16 goals and 9 assists which for his age is impressive. Having Watched some of his play last season he knows how to score goals, he has brilliant passing ability and blessed with both strength and technical ability and at 6 foot 2 you would think he would be Poch's ideal Central Midfielder. Jimmy Bullard has also compared his ability to that of Zidane - watch the clip here - http://talksport.com/football/he-plays-zinedine-zidane-tottenham-youngster-hailed-future-superstar-150625152218
Some will say he has only done it in League 1 but the majority of Kane's experience before his breakthrough was League 1/Championship and Bentaleb was chucked straight into the team with no prior experience so why can't Alli. I don't see the problem of giving him 3 or 4 games and seeing what he's got to offer. What have we got to loose.
If you wish to watch Alli's highlights please watch them here

Going onto our front 3 Kane and Chadli more than deserve their places however Lamela not so much however I am one of the few who believes in him. If you were watch Lamela's Tottenham Highlights for this season you would think he was one of our top players , he can on his day do things none of our other players can the problem is he doesn't do these things often enough. Having listened to many people outside our fanbase they all say the same thing and that is we do not know how to utilise him properly. What I have been told is that their is a huge difference to a right winger in a 4-2-3-1 and a right wing forward in a 4-3-3. For example you could tell messi to play on the right of a front 3 but I hardly expect you could tell him to play right wing. If we play a front 3 of Kane , with Chadli and Lamela on either side of him contributing with goals we could be a deadly force next season. I would definitely give him this third season , remember bale needed time to develop, and lets see what he can deliver , if he fails to deliver then even as quite a loyal fan I would have to admit that he is not going to get any better in the premier league but lets see what he can deliver first. Remember two goals and 7 assists in the EPL this season for someone who has just turned 23 in his second season of English football is not horrendous.
Team for next season

I would like to see a CB like Anderwield come in first and then a pacy winger followed by a striker to support Kane. I'm not sure if Kane will be able to keep up his goalscoring form next season and will need help.
In terms of that CM position I think poch is happy with who he has there already. I've seen nobody strongly linked in that position either which is also quite strange.
I think that we need to remember that Poch rates Mason really highly and that the guy bleeds Tottenham! I know that he has his weaknesses but he is young and has time to work on them. Also, if we do sign a new CM whatvthen happens to Carroll and Ali's prospects?

Carroll has no future at spurs imo
He has utterly failed over the past two years. Had a season loan move to QPR when they were in the Championship and failed to deliver in a lower level of football where he had plenty of chances in one of the best teams in that league.
He then spent a season with Swansea where he was behind the likes of Britton, Shelvey , Monterro etc and at 23 if you are a squad player at a mid table club you are not going to make at Tottenham and that's a fact.
At 21 there was a lot of hype regarding his capabilities but unlike Pritchard he has failed to deliver in his loan spells away from the club and feel we should probably sell him now.

Not a fan of that team I must say:
Bentaleb being the main protection for the defence at his age? It might have worked for Busquets but that was playing for the best team on the planet and they defended by domination of possession.
Alli? He's making the jump from league 1 to the PL. That's a massive jump for anyone to make. Is he capable of that?
Not a fan of 433 anyway, but if I was then I wouldn't utilise it with the players we've got.

That midfield looks quite light weight. I always thought Bentaleb could play more of a modric role due to his technical ability. They need someone with a bigger physical presence in front of the back 4

Will be posting a follow up article later this evening with regards to what I still feel we are missing in this starting XI and who we still need to bring in before the window closes to strengthen our Starting XI

That looks a pretty good side......
Totally reliant on both right sided players performing, albeit.
I'd love Cabaye for a couple of seasons myself

I'm all for the pace in the side - I'd always have one of Lennon or Townsend (of the current personnel) but Poch doesn't seem to favour it
