GK: Cech - Lehmann was very good but Cech is a Top 3 GK in PL history.
LB: Cole - Best LB in the world at that time.
CB: Campbell - One of the best CBs of his generation.
CB: Koscielny - Statistically the best current PL CB.
RB: Bellerin - Tough call between him, Debuchy & Lauren, but Bellerin's speed & attacking ability gives him the edge.
CM: Vieira - Fairly straightforward at this stage but Ramsey has the ability to surpass him.
CM: Gilberto Silva - Coquelin has been a revelation but Gilberto is a World Champion, an Invincible & captained Brazil to the Copa America title.
LW: Alexis - Pires was class but Sanchez is faster, a better dribbler, better shooter, better defensively & a superior athlete.
1Ö: Özil - From 2008-13 he was statistically the most creative MF in the world. Still only 26 and currently on 172 career assists & counting. Bergkamp turned 35 before the end of the Invincible season & was often benched for Wiltord.
RW: Ljungberg - Top quality WF.
CF: Thierry Henry - No explanation necessary.
Bench: Lehmann, Toure, Debuchy, Ramsey, Wilshere, Pires, Giroud (better lone CF than Wiltord).

Bellerin over Lauren

I wouldn't change the Invincibles' starting XI. During their crazy run of form, the front 4 attackers registered a total of around 80 goals between them.
Reyes had 8, despite being a squad player, and even fecking Gilberto managed to score 4.
I would also have Kanu as the first name on my bench. The perfect foil when chasing an equaliser, or defending a narrow lead.

Are you stupid? Gilberto held the balance to this side. The guy was a rock and without him we wouldn't have gone unbeaten. Alexis deep would be pathetic he'd get in everyone elses way and never stick to his position

who cares if you went unbeaten. It's a statistical aberration. The side I picked would have won more matches and got more points and scored more goals.
Which would have made it better.

The only 2 players in your team who would be in the premier league invincibles squad are Cech and Sanchez and they will be subs
