Are we really strong enough to take the title? This squad is our best squad since invincibles there's no doubt. When we won FA cup fans and players even manager claimed that we can win title next season, I also thought of that. Now that the hype is gone, time passed since we won Fa cup (second time in 2 years ) things have calmed down. I don't think like that anymore. I am certain if we don't buy world class striker that we won't win the league. Like our legend Henry said we can't win the league with Giroud as our only real striker. With addition of world class striker we are very dangerous contenders for title, without new striker I don't think so.

I 100% agree with you, we must steal Cavani from PSG if the lad wants a fresh challenge, Higuain also can be useful, but, without a WC striker, it will be another FA Cup season.

anyone with 1/2 a football brain knows we are short a few players in key positions to win the league. on the other hand we have a quality squad, the younger players like the Ox, Wilshere, etc are all older now and are growing up in this team and you can sense there is great team spirit.
IMO unless we add a few more names to the team we will fall short again to the likes of the other big 2-3 but i believe that's Wenger's legacy to be so close and yet so far at times.

A bit more catching up to do, and then a better record with injuries, and the likes of Chelsea getting a few injuries and less help from officials will also help
