In my opinion the 4-3-3 and 4-1-2-1 require a solid Matic style DM enforcer who can also pass the ball to be a success and i think not having this style of player is why our defence is so leaky when we play four at the back, so i would say with the players we currently have the 4-2-3-1 is the best option. However with the right DM signing I would like to see the diamond as we looked absolutely frightening with it on the counter the season before last.

I'd vote 3 but with Milner at the base and Hendo for Can. That'd be a great attacking formation for home games against weaker opposition, but then why play all your best players in that situation.
I thought Countinho was great on the left of the diamond, hopefully with Firmino gets a few more games there

Corrected and because a fully fit Sturridge is better than Benteke and if only one can be picked i would choose Studge

I think we all know that there is no weaker opposition in the PL. Or at least before the game there isn't.
How many articles do we see beginning,
Losing against Team x ffs. You have to take them all seriously.

id be surprised if we see that much if Benteke and Sturridge playing together this season because of injuries as well as the tactics we employ.
I've gone for 2, even though us playing 4 at the back worries me, but hopefully Clyne will help us tighten up and Moreno will be better this season.
