Everton have rejected a £20m bid from Chelsea for John Stones
Personally I don't think he will go this window, maybe next summer or the one after but not this one
I also wouldn't accept anything less than £35m.
Overpriced? Absolutely but this is a sellers market and we don't need to sell, I also actually think he will be worth that and more in a couple of years. Rio cost £30m and that was years ago and lescott was £26m
Rejected

I wouldn't sell. Not for any fee, he would be almost as expensive to replace as any fee we would get in.
The club is under no pressure to sell any players and with TV cash we can also improve the squad without sales.
However I would take a deal including cash plus Costa and Fabregas

Stones, McCarthy & Rom a decent young spine to our team. We should do our best to keep these players imo.

But he was rubbish!
If Chelsea offer enough then Bill will sell and leave Martinez pocket change to spend.

Links to Evans, Vidic and Dann(before he signed a new contract at Palace) all of which wouldn't think about signing for Everton unless guaranteed starts, preparing for the departure of Stones?

Or is that just press talk?
If he is going this summer expect a massive fee, my guess would be a minimum of £35m as he has a long deal and Everton don't have to sell.
