I dont know what it is. Is it him? Is it his team? I think they're the ones holding Con back as much as they can aswell. They want to feed off Khan as much as they can before he gets put down again so thats why light handed JR Welterweights are the order of the day for Con's team.
Con said if its solely up to him the fight would be made already between him and Brook.
