is 'arry getting some of his own?

Harry is moaning about his players being unsettled (tapped up?).
The man himself has been accused of doing this on numerous occasions. I grant that he does not appear to be attacking the clubs concerned for their actions. Has he accepted that his past has come back to haunt him or, does he accept that is how business is done in this world and simply allow his players and club to be treated as he may have treated others?
Its a tricky one for me. Perhaps a knowledgeable spurs fan can help.
