This Akpom guy is possibly the least intelligent footballer I've ever seen. That was a 4-on-1 he ruined.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You expect that from a young player every now and then and its the sort of thing he can learn to fix
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He is far too selfish for his own good tbh. He doesn't understand that at his age, if he wants to impress Wenger and the rest of the coaches, an assist is as good as a goal.
That adelaide kid has scored more points today than him.

This adelaide kid. The next Pogba?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Too early for that sort of question. Give him a couple of years to develop and we'll see
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I was looking at his body type, natural power in the middle and quite good vision. Could be quite dominant in midfield if he develops.

I know we were comparing Zalalem to Cesc in preseason a few years ago so you never how they will develop when money starts to flow.

They have to apply ages in advance to do this kind of thing

I think the first trait for a CF should be selfishness. Finding the right pass and taking the right decision should come with experience. The first and most important role for any CF is to score goals.

Selfishness is good for a striker but the team result should come first, especially when the kid is not an established player.
I'm fine if he is selfish when we are 2 or 3 goals ahead but not when we are trying to win the game.
As I said, an assist that help securing the win is as important as a goal.

It should but obviously he doesn't identify the nature of the situation at the moment. That comes a lot from inexperience. I think we can't really expect CFs to have the spatial awareness of Cesc.
