This is one for the more mature posters rather than the children. In days of yore, the letters of the alphabet (in large type) often appeared around the side of pitches at numerous football grounds. To this day I've never known why. Perhaps some kind poster could enlighten me.

It's a crime thriller. The fun bit has been putting City references in it, i.e. -
"Tommy...booth number five," said the guard.
