I think Sony are planning to kill the xbox!

Ok i have somewhat of a crazy theory.

So im pretty certain out of all the games that we dont know a release date for, pretty high on most peoples lists will be "No mans sky". Now, if you have been following this game you would know ign has been doing a month long special with videos, interviews etc. I have enjoyed it all a lot and had some great insight into the game.

The last thing they have done is a q&a session with the lead programmer/designer. One of the questions asked about the release date, and here is a small snipet that i found interesting:

"I guess there’s two things, when the release date is, but also when we announce that date. We can’t announce the date right now, because of things that are not entirely in our control, but honestly for good reasons. It’ll be announced as soon as we can."

Now this tells me the game i think is almost done, and Sony is holding it back on purpose. I even think that they were going to give us a release date at E3 but saw the plaudits that Bethesda got for Fallout 4, i think Sony want to out do Bethesda. I will go on record now saying that i think the release date for No Mans Sky will be October 20th 2015, i honestly think Sony want to destroy M$ this year and what better way to do it than drop the most anticipated game after Fallout 4 on their Halo release. Maybe even at PAX which is being touted as a one man M$ show........but this date will be out soon!
