Don't read the season ticket report in the BN.
"Although the financial issues at the Macron have been well documented, the club appears to be on a sound commercial footing at present. "
Somebody tell me I need to go to Specsavers and it's not really printed in there. Imagine that comment in the real world of business where a business can't fund a quality skilled workforce to make the product while cutting back on the much needed machinery overhaul oh they are struggling to buy raw materials they can only buy some when they sell a few products. Yet they say they are still able and going to make a quality product which will sell at a profit so there's nothing to worry about. The debt the company has is a magic debt and brushed under the magic carpet where some old magic paper shares can be found. Plus don't forget to look at the new company signs flashing away which were bought by the old staff donating a portion of their wages.
Too cap it all did anybody notice the breakdown of these season tickets. Is it a reduction in full and more half ones being taken up instead. How many will still be turning up in a few months spending money at the ground drinking and eating while they gaze in awe at the new shiny signs dreaming of players they could have seen in their shirt. Beware subliminal messages you have been warned.
I'm sure many of the Alf fans would much prefer the BN to be saying
"We at the BN asked PG about the club who gave us the reply above so we set about investigating why the club cannot fund the players it so desperately needs and yet we are told the club is on a sound commercial footings. Not being unable to compete or to provide the manager with the tools any manager would expect of our club yet your manager is told to sell and off load before he may get anything to spend. You the fans beg for ALF to come home. So here at the BN set about unearthing the truth. Read the full 4 page special report in the BN starting this Tuesday"
Yes we do the job for you fans and for Bolton read it all in detail in the BN
These eyes drops taste funny and cost a bomb drinking three pints a day of them a day.
Happy new season one and all. Walking in Zachariah wonderland until he's sold.

You cannot separate commercial and general running as one is dependant on the other. Debts are payable by the club which is both.
As football club is generally run by managing a team and budget which if successful will give you commercial success. No success on the football side and you have nothing to market commercially. Fail commercially and you have no funds to allocate to the football side it has to make its own and pay the commercial losses at the same time.
Fail on either and the other will likely hit problems. Fail on both and you are probably looking at Bolton Wanderers.

We now have Derik out for three weeks.
Things can only get worse.

It has. Wheater has injured himself again playing against Southport. Down to the bare bones at the back. Dervite and ream are the only senior centre back options for derby.

Yes of course but those that know song writing would have written Things can only get worser.
It must be true as PG told me.

Blood y typical. We have Davies who's always crocked, (not at the moment but just wait and see.) Wheater and goodness knows who else who will be missing for most of the season.
Unfortunately if things don't change this season we need to see them on their way. The squad is down to the bare bones and we can't afford to accommodate players who are injury prone.

Well the club extended wheaters contract a couple of years ago knowing he is injury prone, still has a year to go, no chance of a renewal. They are going to have to use the loan market again.

What is the B side of that D:Ream tune.
Isn't it a remix of 19th Nervous breakdown by the Stones ?
Perhaps the team should try doing light warmups and downs by doing the Mick swagger.
Does anybody remember reading this one a few weeks back.

Pre-season of @OfficialBWFC is just one of many examples of how far coaching is behind in JurassUK Park. Accumulation of fatigue. Injuries.

Perhaps it was Manic Depression on the B side.
Nurse Nurse fetch the eye drops I need a drink.

If we get a total of 46 games from Clough, Mavies and Clayton combined that would be something. Each having a go at the number 10 role while the other 2 recover. As for CB Derik has learnt quick. 2 games in and 10 games out!

Will nothing ever change? Sick of this pre-season injury nightmare happening every year
