As of 6.00pm on Tuesday 11th August 2015 you are permitted to make 3 transfers per 24 hour period.
I.e. from 6pm on Wednesday 12th August you can sign a further 3 players and so on until everyone has a 25 man squad.
Do check back on recent comments to see if your desired players have already been purchased. I'll arrange a contracted player page over the first 2/3 days of the transfers being opened.
Releases are at 100% and you can release as many players as you wish during this period.
