Well by what everyone is predicting he'd better be damn good otherwise by all accounts we're either going down or fighting another exhausting relegation battle.
Would be nice to pull off a coup like Palace did with Cabaye or Swansea did with Ayew, someone with proven quality who could play for a top four/five club. However, will probably be someone like Lennon. Which is not the worst signing in the world...but not the best either.
To be honest I still find it baffling how Bournemouth, a side who have never been near the PL before, are signing players like Max Gradel who scored 17 goals in Ligue 1 last season. Makes me quite apprehensive to be honest.
