Anyway back to the OP. Budgets aside, stats aside, McInnes is probably the second best manager in Scotland today, but regarding tactics he got it very wrong tonight. Ronny got it very right last night.

I'm a fan of Deila. I think he's done well at Celtic. I like the way he sets his teams to play in general, his
attention to fitness and his ambition that his club should target trebles. It's completely arrogant but in my opinion, necessary if you're to successfully manage either of Scotland's big 2.

McInnes hasn't had the budget of him but he has taken Aberdeen forward. I'm not convinced he's the best manager in Scotland but he's definitely doing a good job where he is.

Warburton has only been up here a short while but to me at least he's from a similar style to Ronny. Confident, focused and ambitious. I look forward to Rangers getting somewhere close to a position to challenge again and I believe Warburton will get us there.
