Just watched the Stoke game in a beach bar and have now arrived home. Anyway the other day on here I was vilified for saying Firmino would be another Le Tallec type signing, well after today's showing was I wrong?? He looks like he weighs 5 stone and was pushed off the ball about 5 times in 15 minutes. Also he kept on dallying with the ball, obviously wanting too much time, and losing it. He was awful when he came on I thought, Liverpool should've signed someone more physical.

Pedro i 29 years old and Firmino is 23 years old. What do you expect.
We will see who the better player is this year.

He was lively when he came on. We only looked better after that. He's going to be a cracking player. We looked short of players going forward but unlike Lallana and Ibe, he kept the ball well and you would expect players especially new foreign players to be pushed off the ball at Stoke. Poor wum

Firmino impressed in the limited time he was playing. He got stuck in, never stopped running. He will be part of our future, there's no question on that.

This maybe the worst post on the Liverpool board ever. Congrats OP. Firmino came on and kept the ball went past players and pressured off the ball and made a tactical foul to slow the game down. All this in what 13 mins. What do you want him to do score a perfect hatrick? Don't be a sky generation football fan demanding instant success. If you want that turn on FIFA on the XBONE!

He scored a hat trick in the friendly today so I think he will start the next game.
