When did Metro get something right?

Even with a cheat on FIFA would you be able to sign all of them in one window. However, if we did not sign Benzema, adding to midfield attacking options to allow Theo time up top could be possible.

theo upfront is not an option

Lucas Silva would be typical Wenger signing, but at around 10 million it would be a day light robbery. This could also be the reason he did not go after other midfielders and kept his cards close to his chest..Typical Wenger lol...
Benzema and Lucas Silva would be both excellent signing. Former will go straight into first team while later will replace Arteta and will potentially outside other CMs and claim his own.

I think that we need eight mid-fielders and no strikers.

I think this formations protects us from being dominated in midfield nicely
