Why do we need pace.?
We kept the 3rd most clean sheets in the league last season with the slowest defence in the league.

Anyone can head in their own cross... its just a question of punting it high enough and running like hell.

But the key really comes in punting it high enough. If you get that bit right you've got time to go for a pint before you stroll back on and nod it into the net!

I don't think he's as bad as he's made out to be. Had a decent run with Vertonghen midway through the season but also made some errors. His first season in a new country/league, yet apparently he's not allowed to make any errors.

I may as well just copy and paste a similar post on every article because you try the same thing all the time.

Cox are you actually mentally challenged or are you putting it on? I clearly pointed out how the ball can go over the top but lets go through the basics if we must.

Team goes forward so midfielders push up as do the defence usually to the half way line or centre circle. Other team wins ball back, play the ball into the space behind said defence and in front of goalkeeper either through the air or on the deck.

That is how it works, hopefully you can refer back to this during our next match when you get confused
