As we all know we need defensive cover after the departure of Distin and Alcaraz. Preferably someone experienced and with not long left on their contract so that they will be cheap.
John Terry seems to tick these boxes and he isn't exactly flavour of the month right now with Jose.
I'm sure if he came to Goodison Park his form would pick up as Stones and Jagielka could teach him a thing or two.
Maybe we should get them to go to the papers and tell john how much better for him it will be up here (a top 4 club) rather than being stuck with a side that hardly spends and is currently circling around the relegation zone.
