Given the prices banded about for Stones, who is older and has less experience, I'm not sure Sterlings one is the one to criticise if you are talking value in the market.

Sterling hasn't exactly contributed to all that form so far though has he? Like when Arsenal won the league in 2004 Cygan was part of the Invincibles team. Does that make him a good player? nope, he was just fortunate to have been part of that team.

If Chelsea do sign Stones for £40 million then that would be the biggest joke of a transfer ever!

He's got 1 assist, same as Eden Hazard.

£44 million or £49 whatever it is hell of a lot of money for an average player. £20 million would have been a fairer value on him.

As I have mentioned a million of times before everybody knows you have wasted money on him apart from you guys who cannot see the logic!

You fool. Ozil was already a World Class player at Real Madrid when we signed him! You can't exactly say the same thing about Sterling now can you. I'm sick of tired of having to constantly repeat myself time and time again!

So, the difference is, we paid £1m less for a player voted the highest rated young player in Europe, is now 6 years younger than Ozil and so far this season is playing for a team in the PL that has scored 8 goals, conceded 0 and won all 3 games and currently stand top of the PL.

This season stats:

6 games, 3 assist, 3 goals.

Last season:

12 goals, 10 assists.
