No, just saying Basel and Shaktar, both from lower leagues, have acquitted themselves in the CL more than Celtic has. Celtic is almost guaranteed 3rd in the group, and play awful football. All that CL money in a one horse league, yet they are dire to watch, and look like a League 2 side in an FA Cup match--all heart, no skill.

Celtic won it when it was easy to win it. Now they can't even get into the group stages. Pathetic club. Why they feel they are on Arsenal's level is one of life's great mysteries.

Arsenal will never win the CL, bottled head to toe. It's ingrained.

Celtic aren't on Arsenals level, they're a couple of levels above.
