Otamendi work permit

Seems strange to me that a Argentinean international hasn't been granted a work permit yet. I don't know much about it, does anyone have any info on what's going on?

I also read that yaya has taken a break from international duty. Very good news if true, I remember last year he wasn't ready for Saturday games after the long journey.
