The following are not BR's fault:
- An early goal.
- Gomez / Lovren switch off within first 3 minutes.
- Cout being sent off (softly)
- Firmino hitting the post
- West Ham being well prepared.
The following are BR's fault:
- Choice of formation
- Lack of direction for the team to break down sturdy defence.

Yes, Rodgers' faults do impact some of the outcomes, but not all of them.
Let's see how we react to a season defining visit to Manchester.
Faults

Said it loads the players get of too lightly, you can prepare the best you can but a manager cannot take the field, if a player underperforms then it's on to next week if a team loses the managers job is in question

Playing Lovren is all Rodgers fault and he deserves everything he gets for picking him ahead of any of our centre backs including youth team. He's literally awful. Makes mistakes in every game, dives in, gets nutmegged, out paced out muscled yet people back him and say well he must be training really well.
Get this puuusy out of my club. He's not solely responsible but on the other hand he shouldn't be starting for us ever. Sell the donkey asap not that anyone will pay owt for him

Rodgers IS at fault for buying and still selecting Lovren. He is the Brad Jones of centre halves.

Brad Jones is the worst excuse for a keeper i have ever seen but i think its a little harsh on him

The only person I would of not played today was Lovren. I thought the formation was spot on apart from that

I'm sorry but Rodgers is to blame for all that IMO. If he was in his first year at this club I would understand. When he joined, his first game was a 3-0 loss to West Brom and no one complained for obvious reasons. Fast forward three years and a quarter of a billion later and we are still losing by the same scorelines to the same type of midtable team and still looking huge outsiders for CL football.
A manager's job is to motivate, startegise and make sure players are not switching off etc. After this long I don't see how he is not responsible for players switching off, it has to come down to the management style when the same errors occur again and again over a long period. At some point you have to question the manager and how he prepares his team, the tactics he implements etc.
If you look at successful teams, they are the ones whose players make the least mistakes. Is it by luck that they make less mistakes than others? If the team plays well the manager is praised for preparing them, the mentality etc but when we lose the manager is not accountable for players switching off? I can't buy that, sorry.
The point about West Ham being well prepared is a joke because it implies Rodgers was not expecting West Ham to be well prepared in which case he should be fired on the spot. This is the Prem, top level football. Of course West Ham would be well prepared especially now that everyone can see we have a very soft underbelly.

We have had these two problems throughout Rodgers tenure and it's probably getting worse. How many times has Rodgers had to make in game changes because he set us up wrong in the first place? The answer is too often which is a bad omen if you ask me. We used to chalk it down to his inexperience but surely he is experienced now? If not then when will he be experienced? I don't see any improvement in Rodgers, that's my big worry.
Rodgers has to now have the best few months of his tenure with us (excluding the Suarez season) otherwise a tsunami will be coming his way. He has been given time, money and unwavering support. We should be seeing the returns soon or he will be in trouble.

I wanted Rodgers gone in summer but we have allowed him another expensive transfer window. He needs more time to try and get things right with these new player's.
We just can't seem to get this balance between attack and defence right at all. Maybe we need to stick to plan A for a while which is to not lose games and rely on individual brilliance to win us games.

Agreed Kash. We need to see what he does now. Getting rid of him would make no sense at the minute. He spent a lot of money this summer and has a new team under him so let's see but so far it's not looking good from where I'm sitting. Nothing seems to have changed but hopefully we will see improvements soon.
