I think it's all about Green making a fast buck by any nefarious means and nothing more. I doubt Ashley will be careless enough to be implicated unfortunately.

Yeah, I doubt he there will be evidence against him even if it's true as well. Green and Whitehouse may implicate him in the trial even if he he isn't charged based on it.

FORMER Rangers co-administrator Paul Clark has been detained by police.
Police Scotland confirmed 51-year-old is currently being held in custody in relation to the Rangers case.
Clark is a former insolvency practitioner at Duff and Phelps.

CHARLES Green today appeared in court in connection with his takeover of Rangers.
The 62-year-old left Glasgow Sheriff Court this afternoon after appearing in private.
He was met by a scrum of reporters, photographers and TV crews as he walked out the front door.
Fans also gathered to see the former Ibrox chief executive following his court appearance.
He made no plea or declaration and was granted bail.
Sources told the Evening Times administrator David Whitehouse has also been bailed after his appeared in court.
He is expected to leave Glasgow Sheriff Court shortly.
