Smalling vs Stones vs Jones

Who's better?

Who has the most potential?

He's never been able to explain why with all these World Class players Everton are not achieving anything**

I only made the comment earlier this year - you'll see within time you're already seeing it with Stones, Lukaku and Barkley wont be far behind and you can add Deulofeu to that list now aswell

I know its not trendy for Everton to have world class players but they cant all play for Man United and Liverpool

We haven't got any now sadly.

United have one, thanks to Windows 95.

Nothing to do with being trendy, you just don't have any.

What I see when I watch United is a lot of chances being created by the opposition - no matter who the defenders are. LVG might say you controlled the game the other day but you still conceded far too many clear chances. When I watch evidence, Stones doesn't particularly stand out either. They always seem so stretched at the back. The defences and defenders aren't at all dominant.

We have one, De Gea.

I'd say Mata is capable of consistent world class performances. He effects games and I think he's that level.

Depends on the definition I guess.

He's capable but doesn't do it consistently for us.

De Gea is the only player we have that performs consistently to a world class level, in my opinion.

As you say, depends on your definition. But I certainly don't see any world class players ag Everton. Nothing against them, it's just that they don't possess that calibre of player.

Smalling is developing very well. Could well be great.

Jones is good and has even more potential - needs far more game time to prove it though
