Well the next two days should be very busy for Chelsea as a lot of players are being linked in and a lot are being linked out. So this is what I would ideally like to happen in the next 2 days.....
Outs:
Benayoun
As he has lost his number 10 Mata so his move out looks definite so he hopefully we can use him in a swap deal for another creative midfielder.
Kalou or Malouda
I know both of these players are in dreadful form for us and neither of them brings anything to a match other than Kalou is a good impact sub and Malouda scores the odd goal which he doesn't deserve so I would like to see one of them leave and we keep the other one. In my opinion we should keep Kalou.
Anelka
He has passed his prime and with the signings of Mata and Lukaku he has fell down the pecking order even further. Either he goes out on loan if no one is interested in signing him or we sell him maybe even in a swap like Benayoun.
Loan deals out:
Van Aanholt
I would like to see him get more experience at a premiership club and hopefully he can come back and be a better player and be a useful cover but only a cover as I would like Bertrand to replace Cole and for Bertrand to feature in games against smaller clubs and cup competitions.
Kakuta:
Same reasons as Van Aanholt I would like him to get some experience so he can come back and challenge for a place in the starting line up.
McEachran:
As much as I would like to see him develop at the club this season I think Josh will go out on a loan to help his career. Reports suggest that he wants a loan move so I think we should loan him out until January when he can come back a better player and hopefully get more starts.
Ins:
A Creative midfielder preferably Modric:
We need a bit of creativity in our midfield as Lampard looks like he is getting on now and Essien, Romeu and Mikel are all defensive mids we need a player in this position. AVB did say a couple weeks ago that he would buy a winger and a attacking midfielder so I am waiting for one to come in. I would like Modric to come in as he has got a great work rate and the kind of flair we need in midfield. But if we can not get Modric I would like a player that we are not linked with yet someone who isn't Modric or Moutinho.

Well at the moment it looks like we´re trying to sign Meireles.
Would love us to sign De Bruyne . It´s all gone a bit quiet on that one but I hope it happens before the window shuts.

I would love to see De Brunye in but then he would just go straight back on loan and if one of Bosingwa or Ferriera left I wouldn't mind seeing a right back like Van Der Wiel come in?

Mikel shouldn't go, and Modric would be much better than Sneijder.
