Sanchez

What happened to him? He hasn't turn up yet, and can't believe he fluffed the best chance we had in the game. I bet if it was Giroud or Walcott we would have been bashing them by now.

I don't think he has become predictable at all. Messi and Ronaldo are also predictable then . He is just knackered and suffering from our poor start.

You don't go from a world class season to being predictable that easily.

you tell him.
It's a worry though not having scored one goal and we're in September

he has been unlucky. Hit the woodwork a few times and some top saves. They were going in last season but not yet this season. Goals will come

Have you ever watched Messi or Ronaldo? Players have no idea what way they are going to go. And even when they are predictable they have a superior technique and awareness than Alexis which allows them to pull off amazing moves. Closer ball control, better balance, more intelligence, and more accurate passing if they have no option to score.

Robben would have been a more apt comparison but again he was just a master of his trade. Alexis isn't.

Yeah I think he is probably a bit tired and just in bad form. I don't think it'll last long, he's to much of a good player to now suddenly flop. Confident of he gets a goal he'll get his confidence back and start scoring again.

Might be worth trying him on the right for a bit as well, see how he fares there.

He should have been rested so many times last season but wasn't thanks to Wenger.

He shouldn't have been even back on training until 2-3 weeks into the season but as Wenger totally fluffed the transfer window he had no choice especially after the west ham game where he made an appearance after 60 mins which I thought was pathetic.

When the German players came back after the world cup they weren't selected until at least the 2nd week if I remember correctly yet Sanchez is out there 60mims into the season after he played just about every game last season.

Messi is predictable but can anyone stop him? Cutting in from the right and playing a long through ball to Alba or Neymar. How many times he does that in a game with success? Every player is predictable but the best can't be stopped.

It can't be just tiredness. He hasn't played THAT much.

I think it's a mix between tiredness, opponents know now what to expect when he has the ball, and also he's just in a patch of bad form.

He'll come good again, no doubt. Just needs a bit of luck with a goal again and he'll start firing
