7.45pm KO
I used to quite like Burnley until I visited there and Sean Dyche decided to get all hypocritical and disdainful and Chris Martin got sent off when Jeff Hendrick scored a perfectly good goal (not strictly chronological this sequence) but it does show an awful lot of angst from one individual.......😠
After a spectacular win from NSR in the last thread, which has now disappeared....😜 we will attempt to emulate the number of comments it garnered, yet was still reduced to a MILF "it's not a real article"
Florest delusionists claimed a record match thread but alas, there is no proof 😀😉😀😅😆😂.......
Victory tonight would see us bound up the table and natural order resume but this will be against a very savvy and hard Burnley side who spent NOTHING in transfers.
Derby have a conundrum.....or several......who to play at full back/holding mid/wing/goals.....anyone fancy a guess at the VI before they are announced??
Team news when it is announced, so play with yourselves 'til then
I'm off to wage holy war.......😎

Is this the same top 2 that you lot got to when you spent the dough Strett?
I think we both know money don't bring happiness. In fact with Derby it usually ends in disaster.
Forest have spent money too Strett so much that you're not allowed to spend anymore. It's not like your team is a humble team of homegrown talent and up and coming brucey bargain lower league shopping, like we used to be.
It's the Nottingham Forest example that is one of the chief reasons why I think top 6 is par for this season that and a new manager, coaching setup, players and a large squad to juggle about. I also think it's quite competitive with 9 of the current top 12 a good shout for promotion.
What does he need to turn around and quick Strett? A team that was in freefall and showing relegation form last 10 games of last season. Think we're turning that around. We're a tough to beat team in touch of the playoffs and I would say showing improvement.

Derby have had as many managers as Forest this year, so not sure of the relevance there.
Forest have a settled manager and a settled team, we are spending within limits and winning plaudits for the attitude and style of play. The manager has assembled a team of players he has chosen, using the contacts he's built up, without the influence of the owner.
Derby, on the other hand, have a new manager and a team selected by someone called Chris Evans <citation needed> and the new owner who looks like a Pink Panther villain. Wage disparities, disgruntled ex captain, strange training methods, fitness issues and a crowd booing.
It is a lot for an inexperienced manager (coach as they're now known) to deal with.
It could be Clemance needs help, It may be a thought that an assistant should be bought in, as he seems way out his depth. Paul Jewell or someone of that ilk. Hey maybe Nigel could be persuaded. He was loved by the majority of Derby fans after all.
