I mean how attached should we be to the club or rather how well have you been coping with the poor results and dismal performance?
My whole weekend was ruined by the weekend clash, I've been walking about with a sour taste in my mouth, quick tempered and monosyllabic. I've not been sleeping well and I'm afraid to look at the league table, infact, I've been avoiding it for weeks, it used to be one of my favourite hobbies online, looking up and down the league table especially after every match involving the top sides, the league table was my home page, I've changed it now. I even find it difficult to watch other teams play, it pains me to see other clubs play sweet free flowing footie and scoring loads, we,ve not been able to do that this season.
I'm afraid, if I feel this way I wonder how Roman must be feeling, he obviously loves the club more than I do.
For the first time in a long while I'm glad its Monday so I can go back to work, away from the TV and football. I've even started to worry about the next match, and losing again, if we continue this way we are going to disappear from the league table entirely. God help us. I suspect Roman will be at the training ground early and through out this week, I would the same if it was my club, I hope he doesn't do something stupid, I still have faith in Jose, he is amongst the best out there.
Anyway, I think i'm losing it, I've scheduled a visit with the Doc today, need to check my bp. Im I alone, is anyone else really worried about our situation, if so, what can I do to be cheerful again, I feel like hurting someone or doing something bad, I know its not right but I just might do it anyway.
How seriously should we take Chelsea?

Who can talk about another's love for a team? We are all different. Some take it more seriously than others. When the team fails to deliver, fans like Luke may suffer more but they probably enjoy the good moments with more intensity. It works both ways.
I laugh at rival fans who say "Roman doesnt love..."
Sheer ignorance and spite motivated by jealousy that we have the best owner in any sport, who suffers with us the disappointments and high fives the triumphs. Every Chelsea fan knows that, roman is a FAN in every sense of that word. These are indeed quite rare.

Luke, no football fan likes to see their team below par, however it's an unescapable fact of life that, at some period of time your team is not going to play to the standard you wish.
This is were you have to stay resolute, continue to back the team at the time they need you most - that's what true fans do!
I'm not saying it doesn't affect my mood when I see them playing badly (I wasn't always in the best of moods in my late teens and 20's and 30's ) but just like my children, I don't always like what they do but I still love the club and will never lose the faith I have in it.
Keep believing

Dr. Luke Capello (supporting Chelsea since the 2nd WW)(U17165) - How old are you ? Not the same age as Sandy, are you?
Anyways don't let a football match affect your life, just be happy win or lose

Is this like when somebody threatens to shoot up their school online? Maybe we should tell somebody

This made me laugh.
Chelsea will recover from this IMO. You might not win the league but top 3 minimum is guaranteed. I think you are all overreacting, you only just won the league, you can't win them all every time. You are still in the CL and who knows how far you'll go there.

He even follows the youth passionately- Roman Loves Chelsea. as with the wife (love her to bits) there were also quite a few also rans. So just because he was going to buy another club first has no bearing on his love for Chelsea.
Question Levys love for spurs as hell do weird craap to spite other teams wether or not they would be beneficial to Spurs.
Roman repaid Cechs Faithfull service by letting him go to Arsenal, i doubt there are many owners would let that happen without fallout.

Tbh, this is the worst I've felt watching the club, and people mention the 80s and what not, but i think people need to really put things into perspective.
We are champions, and this is woeful woeful football and performances we are putting in.
We have the resources, players and quality and spend the wages on players that this type of football really should never be seen alongside with.
But the most depressing thing is we know what is wrong, we ALL know the players that should be dropped, we ALL know how to make it better. But they won't change it. It's like seeing someone robbed outside your house but you cannot do anything about it.
It is so sad that we are league champions and we havnt played well since January and we saw the iceberg coming. I said in the summer we needed to imrpove, we didn't, I said we need to drop cesc and ivan, we havn't, I said we needed to start ramires and willian, we didn't.
I would LOVE mikel to play instead of fabregas right now.
The fact is we have been so lucky as fans, but I can understand utd fans frustration with moyes now, its not the position, or the fact teams can beat you(its football it happens) its the knowing what can be improved on and yet your manager/staff/coaches are paid millions to train and watch them everyday but cant see that *player A* is useless, cannot run, tackle, pass, cross, defend or attack*
It is baffling, truly baffling.
