Not sure how, why or when we started repaying horrible form with the captain's armband.
Calling him a liability would be extremely gracious.
KTBFFH, though
Ivanovic = Joke

How is he still getting in the team? I just don't get it. If I performed at work the way he has done for this entire season I would have been let go by now. His position in the team is just untenable and as for giving him the armband.

@Squawka: Branislav Ivanovic's game by numbers vs Porto:
10 misplaced passes
10 tackles attempted
1 tackle won
0 aerial duels won
0 crosses completed

I can't believe Jose dropped Remy, Oscar, Matic and Falcao when Ivanovic has been worse than all of them put together. He can be a bit stubborn at times.

It's puzzling, how is Brana getting picked , Jose is probably wumming us

I reckon Ivanovic must have photos
There's no other logical explanation.

If Ivanovic is run over tomorrow by a drunk driver, I would have very little sympathy.
Jose can EFF off back to Portugal too.
Anti-football prlck.

Added to the fact that he keeps not selecting the best CB in the league last term...
he needs to account for himself...

Ivanovic seems to spend more time tackling on his arsss that he does on his feet these days, every wide player he comes up against seems to reduce him to a quivering wreck, a defender of bambi-esque co-ordination and technique.
Must also impact on the guys who can't get in ahead of him who must be sat there thinking "if the manager doesn't pick me above this serial-offending donkey how low must he rate me?".
The number of times he allows his man to beat him on the inside or to get goal side of him is unbelievable. Unbalancing the entire line at the moment.
Almost as if Jose an Brendan have had some bet over the summer as to who will be the first to drop their worst player, some bizarre poker game ensured - "i'll see your Lovren and raise you an Ivanovic"
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah...good comparison with Lovren..he was outstanding at Saints...
