To be fair, he's not wrong. I think most of us (GB aside) can see that we have fallen. We know we're pretty bad atm.

In the past 10 years Liverpool have won a champions league Samba. So I'd say they were more than Tottenham. Heck they are more than Arsenal in last 10 years
