Nobody should be named in a case like this until it has been to court.

Way too easy for some girl (not necessarily a slapper) to have some fun on a drunken night out, then regret it and claim she was raped - particularly if she has a boyfriend already.

I have had sexxxx with some women that I certainly wouldn't have if I were sober, so I would imagine women have done the same. Only difference is, they can cry rape, whereas I just have to shudder, shower and get on with my life!

Today is D-Day in the Ched Evans appeal!

Conviction quashed. Retrial ordered.

Bad news for all concerned really. I doubt that Evans and the girl involved really want to go through all this again!
