Another campaign sacrificed..
Failed manager..
He'll use the same players that failed us
The same same failed tactics
In a more difficult group to qualify from
...... Roll on 2020

And it's all rangers fans fault for not rating him
Celtic fans loved him dearly

<Celtic fans loved him dearly>
I haven't made up my mind about him yet.
Plenty of Bears have.
See when he walks?
Who's gonna replace the guy who comes next after he gets the bullet.

I know that's the case with you Zach not with everyone tho.
Strachan's win record is better than Jock Stein's, Alex Ferguson's, and Walter Smith's.

My youngest goes to all of them.
He is pleased with the way things have been esp style of play.
Strachan is an easy guy to dislike I suppose cos of his flippant manner.
I don't care about that & like to see him taking the pash outa boring smug journos.

You're comparing the records of failures
What's the fekkin point ?
I want a winner. I want a guy that's gonna aim to win the group. Not, as zach says, finish second in our group.
Wee Ronny actually hit the nail on his head when he compared us to Norway. Norway went through a very lean spell a few years back. In simple terms they started introducing younger players to give them experience and decided to ditch the "fear of losing" mentality and set out to win. As we Ronny said, and I quote "to win, you have to be prepared to lose"
....and there in is our problem, our Scotland managers problem all through the last 20 years - despite being great a losing, we're shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiite scared of losing. So much so we stifle our own prospects of winning by obsessing over ways to prevent the opposition playing and setting up to try to not conced. So much so we forget that we have to try and win games to qualify, so much so we're afraid to try to WIN a fekkin get group.
Until we lose the fear of losing and put our best 11 on the park and go for it from minute 1 of a campaign then we will continue to be also rans.
