He's an attacking midfielder, we now need a winger, a big difference, only thing is who?
Lloyd dyer? No, leicester have bags of money
Keith treacy? No joined burnley
Lloyd sam? No, not good enough
There is no decent wingers that will come to us
Well done bates for messing us up once again
We have been through so much she_ite and yet it never ends
Hard to stay positive lads, really is
Nunez can not be Gradel's replacement

I would play Aidy white there and get a proper experienced LB

LIW. Gradel didnt make a huge impact when he first came to Leeds. He only impressed last season when given his chance. We will only know how good White is when given the chance to impress...

Agree with the OP. We need a quality signing to replace Gradel.
I respect the clubs ambition to be ran well, but where is the promotion ambition?
Even if we now spent 3m before the deadline, Bates will have only spent on Lonergan.
This is getting embarrassing now.

Waccoe - I seem to remember Gradel made a huge impact from the very first time he stepped onto the park as a sub from Leicester. He was such an exciting player and the crowd warmed to him from the first moment he played for us.

Even if we spent a larger transfer fee than the money received from Gradel transfer it is impossible to bring anyone better in with the wages we pay. It's like Arsenal losing Fabregas, he cannot be replaced. So we need to concentrate on other areas.

Yeah Gradel was very unlucky not to start after his first few performances on loan. Grayson was reluctant to play 2 proper wingers in a 442 and instead opted for B.Johnson at the left side of midfield.
