Smalling almost spat out my drink

Kos is one of the best, possibly even the best, at attacking the ball but is average in positioning and covering when another player is attacking he ball. In fact he normally attacks the ball even if another defender is in front of him attacking the ball. He has left big gaps doing this in the past.

Koscielny has been decent, but Smalling has been immense this season.

An under rated centre half is Toprak from Leverkusen. Everytime i see him play hes quality.

I have no idea, as I said each time I have seen him hes been quality, I dont watch him all the time though.

Also just because a team gets a hiding doesnt necessarily mean he was poor.

Ramos, Varane, Kompany, Terry, A.Williams, T.Silva, Chiellini, Hummels.
